Nestled next to his first restaurant, Heaney's, the cafe and wine bar offers a relaxed and laid-back setting. The name "Uisce" comes from the Gaelic word for water, symbolising its significance as the source of everything - wine, food, and life! They offer delicious nibbles, cocktails and wines - a local favourite.
